End-User License Agreement for JotForm Non-Distributable License:

1) After reading this agreement carefully, if you do not agree to all
of the terms of this agreement, you may not install and not use this
software.

2) This software is owned by Interlogy LLC and is protected by national
 copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

3) This software is licensed to you.  You are not obtaining title to
the software or any copyrights.  You may not sublicense, rent, or
lease the software for any purpose.  You are free to modify the code
for your own use. The license may be transferred to another party if
you keep no copies of the software.

4) THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

5) This is a 1000 user license. If you would like to use it with 
more users, you must purchase additional license from Interlogy LLC.
