JotForm App Requirements and Installation Instructions

Requirements
--------------------------------------------------------

- Linux/UNIX type of server
- Apache
- Apache modules: rewrite and mime
- Apache configuration for root directory should have "AllowOverride All"
- PHP 5.3 or higher is suggested but it will also work on 5.2
- PHP Configuration should enable short php open tags "short_open_tag = On"
- Mysql 5 or higher
- Zip and Gzip
- PHP CURL
- Email Server (i.e Sendmail)

Optional recommended:
- PHP APC
- Apache deflate
- SSL on Apache
- wkhtmltopdf 0.10.0

Installation Instructions.
--------------------------------------------------------

1. Please read the LICENSE file. Only install JotForm App if you agree with the terms.

2. Upload all files under forms folder into your site.

3. Visit the URL where you uploaded files on your browser and complete installation.
